The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Contact
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for twelve months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data processing is based on the legal provisions according to DSGVO.
Contact form
After sending the contact form, the data provided will be processed by the data controller, NH96 Apartments, Griesgasse 18, 5630 Bad Hofgastein, booking@nh96.at, for the purpose of processing your request based on your consent given by sending the form. There will be further processing of the data for the purpose of direct marketing, which is compatible with the original purpose of processing, on the same legal basis until objection. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. The only consequence of not providing it is that you do not submit your request and we cannot process it. Data will not be passed on to other recipients. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by written notification, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time by written notification. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing. You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and transferability of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Austrian Data Protection Authority, Hohenstaufengasse 3, 1010 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at).

IP anonymization
We use the function “Activation of IP anonymization” on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the adequacy decision C(2016) 4176 of the European Commission (EU-USA: “Privacy Shield”).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
Google Adwords
We also use the Google advertising tool “Google-Adwords” to advertise our website. As part of this, we use the “Conversion Tracking” analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website.
If you have accessed our website via a Google advertisement, a cookie will be stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores on your computer. These so-called “conversion cookies” lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for your personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that you as a user have clicked on one of our ads placed with Google and have been redirected to our site.
The information obtained with the help of the “conversion cookies” is used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. Through these statistics, we learn the total number of users who clicked on our ad and also which pages of our website were subsequently called up by the respective user. Facebook Pixel
This website uses Facebook Pixel, a web analytics service provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”) on the legal basis of overriding legitimate interest (analysis of website usage). For this purpose, we have concluded an order data processing agreement with Facebook. The data is partially transferred to the USA. The transfer of data to the USA takes place on the basis of the Privacy Shield. When our website is called up, a connection to Facebook’s servers is established via software and data is transmitted to Facebook’s servers, some of which are located in the USA. Facebook Pixel also uses cookies to store information about the website user and to analyze the use of the website by website users. According to Facebook, Facebook will use the collected data to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services related to website and internet usage. Facebook may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Facebook’s behalf. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
